WhoDo

The goal of this game is to identify stakeholders and clarify goals. A natural game to play after WhoDo is Empathy Map.

Facilitator Instructions:

1) Set the vision: Rename the table ("Vision: Create largest charity event for our industry."), for example Ideas for ... or Phrases that convey ...
2) Ask "who is the decision maker?": Click the "Add WhoDo" button to add stakeholders and their actions. The DO should be more than just "have the stakeholder understand XYZ."
3) Rank who is most important: After sharpening the WHO and DOs, decide who comes first by editing the "Rank" column.
