Go directly into solutions, rather than understanding the "why"

Fail to exemplify a well-structured framework for approaching the problem

Make assumptions you don't overtly state with the interviewer

Completely rigid in response; not open to pushback / nudges from interviewer

Completely fluid in response; not willing to defend your stance with interviewer
