Whether you’re thinking through product sequencing, trying to saturate (or avoid saturating) a moment with product updates, or generally want an easy way for your team to know what’s hitting the market, when ー keeping a comprehensive launch schedule can help you get ahead of a lot of questions while avoiding potential conflicts.

Note: We use a separate doc for this at Coda because we’ve launched so much, so quickly this year. My version of this uses to pull-in key tables from our launch calendar doc into my PMM Hub so that I can still filter and prioritize the data I use to get my job done.

You can use the button to add a launch item, but you can customize the contents in the table at any time. Be sure to keep track of changes in ownership, channel strategy, etc.

💡 Tip: Instead of just typing the Product name in the "Name" column below, consider making it a link to your Marketing Brief--whether that's a page in this same doc, or an entirely new doc. You'll a lot of save time navigating people to the right resources!
