It sounds long doesn't it? Well you're right. And I'm not going to lie to you, it is hard.
For the first 22 days, it is a boxing match between your old habits and new habits - and the only thing in your new habit's corner is your willpower.
You will probably want to give up. But if you focus on the 66+ day mark, and how you will feel, 66 days is not long compared to a life full of positive habits.
Every habit snowballs, and before you know it, you are an unstoppable force 💪.. For instance, if you are getting ready for a race, one way to stick to the habit is using this .

Quick Start

1️⃣ Click this button to erase my habits →
Clear Habits
2️⃣ Go to the page and click the "Add Habit" button to add your first habit.
3️⃣ Each day you do a habit, click the "Done" button. If you miss just one day, click the "Restart" button.
4️⃣ Once a habit is completed for the day, it will disappear from the page (and reappear tomorrow) so you can focus on the incomplete habits.
5️⃣ The "Restarts" column will count how many times you a have restarted. This may motivate you to keep this row as low as possible.
Note: You will only be able to click the "Done" or "Restart" button once a day, once one is clicked, it will be disabled for the day.
