Simple Dory/Pulse
Dory and Pulse are two of Coda’s most popular rituals.
We use these Dory and Pulse templates below (in various forms) in almost all meetings we run. Feel free to personalize to your team! Below the Dory / Pulse, you’ll see a table to then action plan with the team.
Creating open dialogue with your team helps you understand your team’s needs. Prompt your team to add discussion topics to the Dory—named for the question-asking fish—and sentiments to the Pulse table, then discuss either live or async to make everyone’s voice heard. Feel free to hide the author while upvoting to avoid biased voting.
