Propositions

In the upcoming year, we will focus on three key propositions:
New fitness hardware: Design and develop a new fitness equipment hardware that is optimized for space travel and can be easily transported to and from the International Space Station.
AI software: Develop an AI-powered software that can provide customized workout plans for each individual astronaut based on their unique needs and fitness levels.
Live coaching: Partner with experienced fitness coaches to provide live coaching sessions to astronauts, whenever they need it.

A vision of the future

Our vision for the future is a world where astronauts have access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment and personalized coaching sessions to help them maintain their physical and mental health during space travel. This will not only improve the overall well-being of astronauts but also allow them to perform their duties more efficiently and effectively.
Check out for a deeper dive into what the future of space fitness could look like.

How we'll bridge the gap

To achieve our propositions, we will:
Conduct extensive research and development to create a new hardware that can withstand the unique environment of space travel.
Collaborate with experts in AI to develop a software that can provide personalized workout plans for each astronaut.
Partner with experienced fitness coaches to provide live coaching sessions to astronauts, using virtual reality technology.
