The importance of consolidating
Occasionally, companies will have multiple workspaces associated with their organization. This often happens when users or teams begin using Coda independently before the company chooses to upgrade to Enterprise. Enterprise settings and features only apply to the Enterprise workspace, meaning any free workspaces in your org will not have access to paid features nor subject to your security settings. Because of this, we encourage you to consolidate any existing additional workspaces turn off the ability to allow users to create new workspaces.
