Getting involved

Choose your adventure

There are a few ways to participate:
Reviewer: We’ll send out the WIP toolkit on Thursday and you share your thoughts, hot takes, and suggest any edits that will make it shine for other product leaders like yourself. Think of yourself as a hybrid beta tester and copy editor.
Braintrust: You know product management well and would like to provide input, insight, and encouragement. We’ll likely ask you to be part of the launch moment.
Contributor (aka the PM): If you’d like to “PM” a topic, drop a comment on the row. We’ll invite you into our #hackathon-PM-toolkit slack channel and docs. You can spend Tuesday through Thursday building live/async with us and are responsible for launching a great solution by Friday 🚀. You won’t be alone; there’s a strong community of PMs in and outside of Coda to support you in this journey.

Timeline

Once we’ve finalized the list of below, we’ll decide what’s in the MVP launch for Friday Dec 16th. Then, we’ll co-create the best content, tools, and guidance around those 🔥 hot topics.
Does this process sound familiar? Hope it does ;)
Ideation: Thursday Dec 8th — Tuesday 13th
Kickoff: Tues 13th
Full build day: Wed 14th & Thurs 15th
Launch date: Friday December 16th.
We’re working with a fully distributed and global team and async collaboration will be the primary form of connection, though any live meeting will fall within Pacific Time (US West Coast).

What can this doc look like?

or from Pendo - but way more interesting and not content gated :)
- OKRs, roadmap, PRDs, stand ups, and other tools to run the product team.
- planning, weekly cadence, prioritization.
