What is a design sprint?

Originally developed at Google, the design sprint is a process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers. It focuses your team on designing a solution to a single problem in a very short period of time.

Guidelines

No distractions. While you may need multiple devices if doing the sprint remotely, keep the number of devices to a minimum.
Turn off alerts
Everything is time boxed
Allow time for personal reflection before discussing out loud
