Hiring Manager
Has an org with open positions that need to be filled (or will have open positions soon)
Has the detailed knowledge of the skills the position requires
is responsible for the job description and job set up
panel, rubrics, interviewer engagement
Helps speed up the process and help the recruiters with referrals, sourcing etc if needed
Syncs with recruiter (in person or a-sync) to ensure alignment on weekly/quarterly hiring targets, and reporting progress/strategies in this meeting

Recruiter
Works with Hiring Manager to provide frameworks and best practises to ensure hiring success
advises on job description and job set up
panel, rubrics, interviewer engagement
sets pipeline goals so team is aligned on pipeline necessary to be successful
drives strategy to ensure pipeline is sufficient
engaging sourcer, hiring manager, interview team as necessary
evaluates job search on a regular basis to troubleshoot market/process issues
Syncs with hiring manager to ensure alignment on weekly/quarterly hiring targets, and reporting progress/strategies in this meeting
responsible for updating weekly numbers

Sourcer
Drive strategic top of funnel support: providing market intelligence and building pipeline.
Works with Hiring Manager & Recruiter to set goals and source for set roles.

Coordinator
Providing insight into process and panel viability, checking that systems are correctly set, and owns any process related items.
Scheduling and coverage for live interviews.
Ensure a great candidate experience at every touch point.
