1) Add your roles, departments, and stages below. Delete the ‘clear table’ buttons after.
2) Invite members of your hiring team with the ‘share’ button at the top right corner of this doc, before tagging them in the ‘hiring manager’, ‘recruiter’, ‘sourcer’, and ‘coordinator’ column below.

1) Start with inputting your Target hires for the year

The average number is based on historical data and industry benchmarks for how many recs a recruiter can hold.
Take the following inputs into mind:
Seniority (e.g. senior recruiters load vs junior)
Dept (e.g. eng vs gtm)
Complexity (e.g. exec roles vs entry level)
Volume (e.g. niche roles vs high volume roles)
3) Set your overall Quarterly target capacity.

4) Set your team’s the team based on role priority. How many calls should be taken per quarter and weekly basis based on priority - P1, P2, P3.

Input your roles, priority, role kick off docs, interview guides, and any additional information important for roles and team.

Add Weekly Pipeline Stats to .

The is organized by weekly activity for each stage of the funnel for every open role.
Current week should accurately represent activity scheduled for the coming week.
Past weeks should accurately represent weekly activity at each stage for the week beginning on the date in the timeframe column.
How to update weekly Pipeline Data.
From your ATS pull the number of interviews at each stage of the funnel for the roles you work on that occurred in the previous week. Update the previous weeks numbers with these.
From your ATS pull the number of interviews at each stage of the funnel for the roles you work on that are scheduled to occur this coming week.
If a new week hasn’t already been added, then add a new week week in the time frame column setting the date as the Monday of the upcoming hiring sync. Then fill out the rest of the table by adding your roles to the role column, each stage for the role, and the relevant numbers.
If a new week has already been added, then simply add your roles to the role column, each stage for the role, and the relevant numbers.
